2018 AASHTO re:source Technical Exchange

San Diego, CA | March 12-15, 2018

The Technical Exchange is an excellent opportunity for laboratory managers, quality managers, supervisors, and technicians to learn about pertinent industry topics presented by AASHTO re:source staff and other subject matter experts. Attendees will also have a chance to provide input into AASHTO re:source's programs and interact with peers in workshop settings. Participation in AASHTO re:source programs is not a requirement for attendees.

A date has been set and a location has been selected, all that is missing is you. Continue to check back regularly for updates on program, special events, and lodging.

Room Rates
Room rates: $179 per night plus 12.8% occupancy tax (single and double). Rooms are available until Friday, February 16, 2018 or until the block fills, whichever comes first. Please note that the room block may fill before the cut-off date of February 16, so we urge you to book early. Additionally, there is a city-wide event taking place over our meeting dates.

Getting to San Diego
The DoubleTree hotel is 8 miles (13 minutes) from San Diego International-Lindbergh Field (SAN).

  • Shuttle, taxi and car rental companies are available at the airport.  For more information, visit the SAN Airport website. The average cost of a taxi from SAN to the hotel is $25 one-way, while SuperShuttle is on average $10-15 one-way.
  • Parking: Only self-parking is available at the hotel. Discounted self-parking is available at a rate of $19 per night.

Getting Around San Diego
The DoubleTree hotel is located within walking distance of the Fashion Valley Mall and just steps from the San Diego Trolley, which attendees can take into downtown San Diego.
