The AASHTO re:source Technical Exchange brings together laboratory managers, quality managers, engineers, training professionals, supervisors and technicians to learn more about quality and testing in the construction materials testing industry.  We currently accepting submissions from industry professional to speak at our upcoming event. 

Submission Guidelines

  1. Proposed session topics should be applicable to individuals in the construction materials testing industry and specific to AASHTO re:source customers.
  2. Plan your session content accordingly and keep in mind sessions are generally 45 minutes in length and should incorporate a variety of attendee-engagement strategies.
  3. We do not allow promotion of product and services. Please refrain from including any information related to your business in the presentation.
  4. Contests and promotions in exchange for product and services are not allowed. This includes, but not limited to: text, cell, phone, social platforms, or email before, after or during your presentation.
  5. By submitting this form, you agree to conduct your presentation in a structured, informative manner.
  6. Deadline for submission is September 30, 2022.
Your submission must include the following details about your proposed session(s):
  • Title and/or topic 
  • Short description
  • Learning objectives
  • Length
  • Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level rating
