Suspended Services in Middle East

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, FedEx has suspended shipping services to the following countries:

Bahrain
Jordan
Israel
Kuwait
Lebanon
Libya
Oman
Qatar
Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia United Arab Emirates (UAE)

AASHTO re:source has unenrolled all laboratories located in countries listed above from the Proficiency Sample Program (PSP). The unenrollment will remain in effect for the remainder of 2026 due to the suspension of shipping services. Laboratory accounts have been credited, and the credit may be used for future participation.

Additionally, all Soil Classification and Compaction (SOL) and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) samples that were shipped last month have been postponed and will not be delivered. Enrolled laboratories that have not received the SOL and CBR samples will have their accounts credited for the fee associated with the specific sample.

Once FedEx has resumed shipping services, AASHTO re:source will reevaluate services to these countries for 2027.
