We are currently preparing the 2026 Proficiency Sample billing cycle. To streamline the invoicing process and ensure customers receive an accurate invoice, we are asking customers to review their laboratory’s proficiency sample subscription and make any necessary changes by August 15, 2025.
To make changes to a subscription, click on the green ‘Request Sample Change’ button, in the Proficiency Sample Enrollment section of your laboratory’s homepage. Once changes are made, our Administrative Team will send a confirmation email.
To update a laboratory’s billing contact, click on ‘Contacts’ in the left-hand side menu of the laboratory’s homepage, then select ‘Billing Contact’. To update the billing address, select ‘Addresses’ from the laboratory’s homepage menu, and then ‘Billing Address’.
Key Details:
- Invoices will be mailed by September 1, 2025, and available online by the last week of August 2025.
- Payment is due no later than October 1, 2025. Timely payment is critical for maintaining program participation and ensuring sample availability.
- Non-payment will result in removal from the program and suspension of accreditation (if applicable). Re-enrollment or reinstatement will require payment in full.
